Good morning!
Update on the email saga! We installed the patches from Microsoft, and they worked! All recovered Outlook. Yea!
Thank you, Russ, for a great presentation on Wires X; the information was well presented and well received, the information can also be viewed on Russ’ website https://tinyurl.com/polkwiresx . Also, if you do not have SIGNAL Russ has acquired a Wires X Room for the area. It is under his moniker “Spurious Emissions”,a great you tube channel hosted by Russ on a variety of subjects. The room is 94102 and the DTMF ID is 45551. A great way to hook up to Polk Repeater if you are away and can access another Wires repeater.
We will also have our QRP at Crystal Lake in Lake Wales where our ‘Tail Gate Tech’ theme will be Wires X. This will give us a few hands-on opportunities. This will be 9-12 Saturday the 29th. NOTE we will NOT have ‘Big Dogs on the Porch’ those guys are participating in the Bike Ride providing communications. But GREAT NEWS; Tommy Cloud, a new member will roll out “Top Cat Culinary Cuisine” so we will still have some great food. Looking for a great day of fun at LWRA QRP.
Come out and set up a HF station or bring your Yaesu Fusion radios and learn about Wires.
For those on Spring Break, play safe but Play radio if you get a chance!
