Well I am back from North Carolina, a great vacation until the last day… we all came down with the Flu.
Anyway, just a reminder for this weeks Ham activities.
First, the world famous LWRA weekly net will be this evening with Rick NI4S as net control. Our net attendance has been very encouraging during the summer and hopefully we can continue. The net is on the 442.425MHz + 5MHz with 127.3Hz CTCSS Tx and Rx. The net begins at 730PM followed by the informal round table rag chew new on the same repeater.
This week is meeting week. We will meet at LWFD Station 1; 253 W Central Ave. Lk Wales. The meeting will begin at 7PM. This month we will have our quarterly business meeting followed by a short program, time permitting.
The meeting will also be available on ZOOM and the link will be sent out on the day of the meeting.
Update I received notification that our group effort C4FM project is getting closer. The new repeater was shipped and is expected to be here Thursday of this week.
I have no other news for this week so I certainly hope to see you at the meeting and on the NET tonight.
