Monday LWRA “HAM BYTES”
Greetings, fellow LWRA folks,

I don’t know if you have noticed but it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! That would make a great song title. Bad joke I know. If you have not begun to wrap up your shopping then you’re OK, a lot of us are in that boat. I have been to several get togethers and missed a few as well. But I invite you not to miss the meeting this Thursday. We will officially tally the votes for officers, have a brief meeting then enjoy some Holiday time together. The QRP folks are busy and ready to announce this months location and activity so you can test out that new radio Rudolf directed at your QRT. I hope you join us for one or both of the get togethers.
I need someone to take my LWRA net this month. If interested, please let me know via email. Also, I need a sub for the GMRS net also on Tuesday next week as well. The preamble for the GMRS net is on the Polk County ARES web site or I can send you a copy.
Remember Being Net control is fun and a learning experience.
