Good morning!
This week in local HAM radio, a fellow local HAM made his way onto one of the internet stars YouTube sites as he saw the ISS contact from HAMCATION! KC4ALE Kyle watched as the contact was made as well as Todd KR1W, a club member and the El Presidente’ of the LARC club was lurking in the background.
This week we have John W4JFS filling in for me on the LWRA weekly net, shh don’t tell him that Ive told you, but he wants to set a net record; so, help him out and check into the net. The net begins at 730PM on the 442.425MHz machine; using 127.3Hz CTCSS TX and RX , also known as Tone Squelch in most radio programming. He will also have a follow up NET known as the informal immediately following the regular net. You can check into the net from anywhere via SIGNAL on the LWRA Chat site. Thank You John for picking up my slot while I am out of state.
