January 2022 QRP Cancelled

The following email was disseminated by Mike Green AG4LT, LWRA Vice President, on the afternoon of Wednesday 1/26/22, concerning the upcoming QRP scheduled for Saturday 1/29/22:

Good Evening,

With temperatures predicted to be in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s Saturday morning the decision has been made to cancel QRP at Mary Holland Park.  We had to reserve and pay for a pavilion.  By cancelling now, we can get our money refunded.  Two things.  Someone, please put this out on the ARES net tonight and help spread the word as you talk to others on the radio between now and then.
